Austrian official’s sabre. Polished, single-edged blade with a double fuller, floral etchings on both sides with superficial slight stains. The manufacturer is not visible, Asymmetrical, openwork, solid brass hilt, decorated with flowers, with an imperial double eagle. Still has some of the gilding in places. Grip ring, whole hilt cap. Gilded handle wrap, the hilt is slightly distorted due to use and age. Iron scabbard, covered with black leather, with sublimely decorated, gilded fittings. The leather of the scabbard at the sword slide has a few knocks. The seam is closed, the leather has the usual signs of age and wear and tear. The scabbard tip protector has the usual dents. Otherwise, in a really good condition, a beautiful piece of history from that time.
